Brilliance of Nature - An international trade show for Natural Health and Beauty Care, Wellness and Spa, especially tailored for exhibiting natural and organic products. The organizers, NürnbergMesse North America and New Hope Natural Media, are addressing two trends: the boom in natural cosmetics and the high consumer demand for organic, local, humane, fair trade, and eco-friendly products.

Generally, all exhibitors at Brilliance of Nature produce and manufacture their products in an environment-friendly way; the products do not contain any substances that are damaging to health or environment and no ecologically unsafe materials have been used in either the product or its packaging.

Developing higher standards in the US for "Made with Organic" Personal Care is an important step for manufacturers and retailers as well as for consumers who choose to purchase certified made with organic products for personal care. In the U.S., three new standards are currently being established for natural cosmetics: the NPA standard of the Natural Products Association which requires a "natural" personal care product to consist of at least 95% natural ingredients or ingredients derived from renewable sources found in nature; the NSF/ANSI standard of the National Sanitation Foundation, which specifies that the products must contain at least 70 % organic ingredients; and the cosmetic test symbol of the Organic and Sustainable Industry Standards, Oasis. Higher Standards define labeling and marketing requirements, such as organic ingredients, prohibited ingredients, prohibited synthetic ingredients, raw material, process and production.
